2. Orders & Agreement

A purchase agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Incorrect information
  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing errors
  • Out-of-stock products


3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, Klarna). We do not store your payment details.


4. Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping providers.

If a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Uncollected packages may be subject to a fee.


5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
