1. General

2. Orders & Agreement
A purchase agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

- Suspected fraud
- Pricing errors
- Out-of-stock products
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, Klarna). We do not store your payment details.
4. Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping providers.
If a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Uncollected packages may be subject to a reasonable fee corresponding to the costs incurred by us.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting us at hej@commonclouds.com.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product or proof that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.
7. Complaints

- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Sealed products must remain unopened
For hygiene reasons, products such as Cloud Patch and Moon Patch cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are covered by you, unless:
• The item is defective
• You received the wrong product
You always have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Items must be unused and in original condition. Original packaging must be included. Sealed products must remain unopened.
