2. Orders & Agreement

A purchase agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

• Pricing errors
• Out-of-stock products

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, Klarna). We do not store your payment details.



4. Delivery

• Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping providers.
• If a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Uncollected packages may be subject to a fee.5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

6. Returns & Refunds

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

• Sweden: 3–6 business days
• Norway, Denmark & Finland: 4–7 business days
• Rest of Europe: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping carriers and external factors.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your order.

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Sealed products must remain unopened
  
  

For hygiene reasons, products such as Cloud Patch and Moon Patch cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are covered by you, unless:

    •    The item is defective
    •    You received the wrong product
